1. Acceptance of Terms | 条款接受
By accessing the registration system, filling in the information, checking the “I agree” box, and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
通过访问报名系统、填写信息、勾选“我同意”复选框并完成支付，您确认已阅读、理解并同意受本《用户协议》及《隐私政策》的约束。
2. Registration and Payment | 报名与支付
2.1 You warrant that all information provided (name, company, contact, sponsorship selection) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2.1 您保证所提供的信息（姓名、公司、联系方式、赞助选项）均真实、准确、完整且最新。
2.2 The Sponsorship Packages (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) and “Any Donation Amount” are irrevocable charitable grants and do not constitute consideration for goods or services.
2.2 赞助配套（钻石、白金、黄金、白银、黄铜）及“任何捐款金额”属于不可撤销的慈善赠与，不构成商品或服务的对价。
2.3 The “Dinner Table for 10 Pax” includes event entry and catering services as part of the charitable event.
2.3 “一桌十位宴席”包含活动入场权及餐饮服务，属于本次慈善活动的一部分。
2.4 Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. CHWSS reserves the right to refuse entry if full payment is not received.
2.4 报名仅在完成全额支付后获得确认。若未收到全额款项，CHWSS 保留拒绝入场的权利。
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy | 取消与退款政策
3.1 No Refund for Donations：All sponsorship and donation amounts are non-refundable and irrevocable once paid.
3.1 捐款不可退款：所有赞助及捐款款项一经支付，不可撤销，亦不可退款。
3.2 Dinner Table Specifics：(a) If CHWSS cancels the entire Gala, the dinner table fee will be fully refunded. Sponsorship donations remain non-refundable. (b) If you cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute. If no substitute attends, the full amount will be treated as a donation with no refund.
3.2 宴席特殊规定：（一）若 CHWSS 取消整场晚宴，宴席费用全额退还，赞助捐款部分不予退还。（二）若您无法出席，可指派代表入场。若未指派代表出席，全额款项作为捐款处理，不予退还。
3.3 No Cooling-Off Period：The parties confirm that the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act does not apply to these charitable transactions.
3.3 不适用冷静期：双方确认，本慈善交易不适用《消费者保护（公平交易）法》。
4. Right of Admission and Conduct | 入场权与行为准则
4.1 CHWSS reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or eject any person without refund for reasons including but not limited to improper attire, intoxication, harassment, or lack of valid ticket.
4.1 CHWSS 保留绝对酌情权，拒绝任何着装不当、醉酒、骚扰他人或无有效门票者入场或要求离场，且不予退款。
4.2 Use of Image：By attending, you grant CHWSS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image in any media for charitable publicity. If you object to specific photos, you may notify our photographer on-site.
4.2 肖像使用：出席活动即视为您授予 CHWSS 在全球范围内、永久、免版税的权利，在任何媒体中使用您的肖像用于慈善宣传。若您对特定照片有异议，可向现场摄影师提出。
4.3 CHWSS is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at the event.
4.3 CHWSS 对活动现场丢失、被盗或损坏的个人物品不承担赔偿责任。
5. Limitation of Liability | 责任限制
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHWSS provides the registration system and event “as is” without any warranties.
5.1 在法律允许的最大范围内，CHWSS 按“原样”提供报名系统及活动，不作任何保证。
5.2 CHWSS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you. In no event shall CHWSS be liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., travel costs, lost profits).
5.2 CHWSS 的累计赔偿责任不超过您支付的金额。CHWSS 在任何情况下均不对间接或附带损失（如差旅费、利润损失）承担责任。
5.3 This limitation applies even if the remedy fails its essential purpose.
5.3 即使该补救措施未能达到其基本目的，此责任限制仍然适用。
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution | 法律管辖与争议解决
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
6.1 本协议受新加坡法律管辖。
6.2 Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC). If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
6.2 任何争议应首先提交至新加坡调解中心进行调解。若调解不成，争议提交新加坡国际仲裁中心通过仲裁最终解决。
